Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies in 2019

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group in 2019:
I. 2019 saw the sale of 1,510 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; in 2018, it was – 1,710) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, 227 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in near future were concluded.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the 2019 result – 1,964 (in 2018 – 2036).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
This information, according to the Issuer’s Management Board, constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
