Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies in Q1 2021

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by Develia Group companies in Q1 2021:
I. Q1 2021 saw the sale of 580 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; in Q1 2020, it was 311 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, Develia Group companies entered into 157 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be recognised in the results for Q1 2021 – 393 (in Q1 2020 – 421).
