Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by LC Corp Group Companies in 1Q 2019
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs about premises sold and delivered by companies of the LC Corp Group in 1Q 2019:
I. 1Q 2019 saw the sale of 331 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; in 1Q 2018, it was 649 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, 155 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period were concluded.
II. As many as 1,163 premises were delivered (under final sales agreements), which will be recognised in the results for 1Q 2019 (in 1Q 2018, it was 702 units).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
This information, according to the Issuer’s Management Board, constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
