Information about the number of flats/premises sold and transferred by the LC Corp Group companies in Q3 2017

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the “Issuer”) communicates the information about the sale and transfers of flats/premises by the LC Corp Group companies in Q3 2017:
I. The total sales of flats/premises in Q3 2017 was 613, of which:
– 477 under notarial developer and preliminary agreements (in the case of residential premises after the occupancy permit has been obtained, and retail premises) reduced by withdrawals (in Q3 2016 – 550),
– 136 under reservation agreements whose transformation into developer agreements is planned in the subsequent period.
II. Transfers (final sale agreements) which will be recognised in the results for Q3 2017 – 668 (in Q3 2016 – 99).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, this information represents confidential information within the meaning of Art. 17.1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 regarding market abuse.
