Information about the number of units sold and handed over by LC Corp Group’s companies in the first six months of 2019

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby provides information about the number of units sold and handed over by LC Corp Group’s companies in the first six months of 2019:

I. In the first six months of 2019 the sales amounted to 618 units – sold under notarised development agreements and preliminary sale agreements (for residential units with the occupancy
permit and for commercial units; 990 units in the first six months of 2018) less terminated agreements.
In addition, 93 reservation agreements were signed that are assumed to be subsequently converted into development agreements.

II. Handovers (final sale agreements) to be recognized in results for the first six months of 2019 – 1,673 (1,312 in the first six months of 2018).
