Information on Supervisory Board Member’s Resignation
Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering- current and periodic information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) inform that on 30 August 2020 the Issuer received a notice of resignation as Member of Supervisory Board of Develia S.A., based in Wrocław, tendered by Mr Grzegorz Grabowicz and effective from 31 August 2020, i.e. the date on which the Ordinary General Meeting of Develia S.A. approved financial results for 2019. Mr Grzegorz Grabowicz gave no reason for his resignation.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies in connection with Section 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2018, item 757).
