Introduction of LC Corp SA bearer bonds to Catalyst alternative trading system
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on public offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the “Issuer”) reports that, with reference to Current Report No. 106/2016 of 28 October 2016, today it received information about the adoption of Resolution No. 265/16 of 30 November 2016 by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A., concerning the introduction of 25,000 series LCC008061021 bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A., with a par value of PLN 1,000 each, to the alternative treading system on Catalyst.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 184, item 1539, as amended), in connection with Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
