Introduction of LC Corp SA Bearer Bonds to Catalyst Alternative Trading System

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that with reference to Current Report No. 42/2012 of 1 June 2012, it has today received from BondSpot SA its Resolution No. 124/12, adopted on 11 July 2012 and concerning introduction to trading of 650 (six hundred fifty) Series LCC002250515 bearer bonds of LC Corp SA – with a par value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each and the maturity date set for 25 May 2015 – on Catalyst, an alternative trading system.

Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. of 2005, No. 184 Item 1539, as amended), in connection with Art. 34 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Law – Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
