(the “Issuer”) hereby discloses the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of LC Corp S.A. held on 28 May 2013.
1. LC CORP B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, Holland
The number of votes carried by the shares held at the General Meeting: 214,701,110, entitling the holder to 69.66% of votes (i.e. 47.97% of the total vote) on 28 May 2013.
2. AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA BZ WBK with its registered office in Warsaw
The number of votes carried by the shares held at the General Meeting: 30,200,000, entitling the holder to 9.79% of votes (i.e. 6.74% of the total vote) on 28 May 2013.
3. OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU “ZŁOTA JESIEŃ” with its registered office in Warsaw
The number of votes carried by the shares held at the General Meeting: 44,669,000, entitling the holder to 14.49% of votes (i.e. 9.98% of the total vote) on 28 May 2013.
