The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) reports that the Company received a notification, pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, from Mr Andrzej Błażejewski, Vice Chairman of LC Corp S.A. Supervisory Board, who informed of his acquisition of 18,900 shares of LC Corp S.A. at a price of PLN 1.54 per share, as a result of a transaction made in the ordinary session mode at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on December 3rd 2010.
