The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) reports the Company received a notification, pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, from Mr Andrzej Błażejewski, Vice-chairman of LC Corp S.A. Supervisory Board, who reported that he had purchased 8,000 shares of LC Corp S.A. on July 22nd 2011, as a result of a transaction made at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, at a price of PLN PLN 1.19 per share.
