Providing Additional Information Regarding Nomination of John Richard Banka for Supervisory Board Member

With reference to the information published in the Current Report No. 108/2017 of 16 October 2017, the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) discloses the Polish version of the curriculum vitae and the biographical note of Mr John Richard Banka to the public. Mr John Richard Banka is a nominee for the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The curriculum vitae and the biographical note, drawn up in Polish, have been attached hereto by the Issuer’s Management Board.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offerings and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System as well as on Public Companies in conjunction with Section 38(1)(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent.
