Registration of bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A. in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.

With reference to the Current Report no 22/2019 of 22/05/2019, the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. inform that they received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.(the Central Securities Depository of Poland) a statement no. 631/2019 of 19 August 2019 on the registration in the securities depository of 60,000 (sixty thousand) LCC220523OZ3 series four-year bearer bonds having par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand Polish Zlotys) each and a redemption date set at 22 May 2023, which were issued on 22 May 2019 pursuant to  a resolution of the Issuer’s Management Board no. 1 of 21/05/2019 . The aforesaid bonds were marked with the following code: ISIN PLLCCRP00165.
 

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. further inform that  the aforementioned bonds will be registered in the securities depository within three days from receipt by the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. of documents confirming that the said bonds have been introduced to the alternative trading system.
