Registration of bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A. with the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports, with reference to Current Report No. 15/2015 of 20 March 2015, Current Report No. 26/2015 of 20 April 2015 and Current Report No. 44/2015 of 15 June 2015, that on this 17th day of June 2015 it received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. a communication of 16 June 2014 according to which 65,000 (sixty five thousand) bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A with ISIN code PLLCCRP00074 will be registered on 18 June 2015.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2.a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539 of 2005 as amended) in connection with Para. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
