Registration of LC Corp S.A. Bearer Bonds by National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that – with reference to Current Report No. 75/2013 of 18 December 2013 – it received a notification from the National Depository for Securities, issued on 19 December 2013, under which 500 (five hundred) Series LCC003301018 bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A. – with a par value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zloty) each, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1 of the Company’s Management Board of 26 July 2007 and amended in Resolution No. 1 of the Company’s Management Board of 27 July 2007, and pursuant to Resolution No. 20/2013 of the Company’s Management Board of 30 October 2013 – will be registered on 20 December 2013.

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. of 2005, No. 184, item 1539, as amended), pursuant to Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. No. 33, item 259 as amended).
