Registration of LC Corp S.A. Bearer Bonds by National Depository for Securities
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that – with reference to Current Report No. 49/2014 of 6 June 2014, Current Report No. 60/2014 of 3 July 2014 and Current Report No. 70/2014 of 5 August 2014 – it received a notification from the National Depository for Securities, sent on 6 August 2014, pursuant to which 50,000 (fifty thousand) Series PLLCCR00066 bearer bonds assigned the ISIN code PLLCCRP00066 will be registered.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. of 2005, No. 184, item 1539, as amended), and pursuant to Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. No. 33, item 259 as amended).
