Registration of LC Corp S.A. Bearer Bonds by National Depository for Securities

With reference to current report No. 53/2016 of 10 May 2016, the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that it received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) Resolution No. 462/16 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities adopted on 11 July 2016 under which 85,000 (eighty five thousand) series LCC006100521 bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each and a buy-back date on 10 May 2021, issued on 10 May 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 4/2016 of the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. of 29 April 2016, have been assigned the code PLLCCRP00082 and will be accepted by the Depository on 13 July 2016.

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539, as amended), in connection with Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
