Registration of LC Corp S.A. bearer bonds by the National Depository for Securities
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that it received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) Resolution No. 714/16 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities adopted on 27 October 2016 and Resolution No. 717/16 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities adopted on 28 October 2016, under which 25,000 (twenty five thousand) series LCC008061021 bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each and a buy-back date on 6 October 2021, issued on 6 October 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 7/2016 of the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. of 26 September 2016, have been assigned the code PLLCCRP00108 and will be accepted by the Depository on 31 October 2016.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended), in connection with Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
