Registration of LC Corp S.A. bearer bonds by the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A., with reference to Current Report No. 8/2018 of 28 February 2018, hereby inform that they received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) statement No. 238/2018 of 18 April 2018 of the National Depository for Securities of 20 April 2018 concerning the registration in the depository of 45,000 (forty five thousand) series LCC011280222 bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each and a buy-back date on 28 February 2022, issued on 28 February 2018 pursuant to a resolution No. 1 of the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. of 23 February 2018, and assigning the said bonds with the ISIN code PLLCCRP00132.
Legal basis: Article 17 para 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on Market Abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC in connection with Article 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions of recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
