Registration of LC Corp S.A. bearer bonds by the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A., with reference to Current Report No. 64/2018 of 19 October 2018, hereby inform that they received from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) statement No. 705/2018 of the National Depository for Securities of 26 November 2018 concerning the registration in the depository on 28 November 2018 of 34,000 (thirty-four thousand) series LCC191020OZ1 two-year bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each and a buy-back date on 19 October 2020, issued on 19 October 2018 pursuant to resolution No. 1 of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer of 27 September 2018 and resolution No. 1 of the Management Board of the Issuer of 1 October 2018 and resolution No. 1 of 17 October 2018, and assigning the said bonds with the ISIN code PLLCCRP00140.

 

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A., with reference to Current Report No. 64/2018 of 19 October 2018, hereby inform that they received from the National Depository for Securities statement No. 706/2018 of the National Depository for Securities of 26 November 2018 concerning the registration in the depository on 28 November 2018 of 66,000 (sixty-six thousand) series LCC191022OZ2 four-year bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each and a buy-back date on 19 October 2022, issued on 19 October 2018 pursuant to resolution No. 1 of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer of 27 September 2018 and resolution No. 1 of the Management Board of the Issuer of 1 October 2018 and resolution No. 2 of 17 October 2018, and assigning the said bonds with the ISIN code PLLCCRP00157.
