Shareholders Having At Least Five Per Cent of Vote at Ordinary General Meeting of Develia S.A. on 17/05/2022

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”), pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading System and on Public Companies, hereby present a list of shareholders holding at least five per cent of vote at the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting convened on 17 May 2022.

1. OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU “ZŁOTA JESIEŃ”:
Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 85,289,660 shares, which as at 17/05/2022 entitled to exercise 30.09 per cent of voting rights and constituted 19.06 per cent of total vote.
2. NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY:
Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 83,470,921 shares, which as at 17/05/2022 entitled to exercise 29.45 per cent of voting rights and constituted 18.65 per cent of total vote.
3. AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA SANTANDER:
Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 65,543,000 shares, which as at 17/05/2022 entitled to exercise 23.13 per cent of voting rights and constituted 14.64 per cent of total vote.
4. METLIFE OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY:
Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 36,000,000 shares, which as at 17/05/2022 entitled to exercise 12.70 per cent of voting rights and constituted 8.04 per cent of total vote.
