Supervisory Board Member Resigns

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 9 November 2013, the Issuer received a notification from Mr Damian Milibrand who resigned from the position of Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, due to personal reasons.
