Termination of Bond Issue Programme Agreement of 27 July 2007 – Inside Information
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - Inside Information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) informs that on 26 October 2018 the Issuer entered into a termination agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (“Pekao”) and mBank S.A. (“mBank”) to terminate the bond issue programme agreement (“the Programme”) concluded on 27 July 2007 among the Issuer, Pekao and mBank (“the Termination Agreement”).
Pursuant to the Termination Agreement, mBank and Pekao will be responsible for the servicing of bonds which have been issued but not redeemed as at the date of the Termination Agreement until their redemption.
The decision on terminating the aforesaid agreement was driven by the fact that the limit established in 27 July 2007 for the bond issue programme has been already reached. Consequently, it is not possible to issue any new bonds under the said programme and therefore a new bond issue programme, referred to in the Issuer’s Current Report no. 54/2018 of 2 October 2018, was launched.
