Transformation of Issuer’s Subsidiary

The Management Board of LC Corp SA (the Issuer), hereby reports that on July 5th 2011, it became aware that on June 29th 2011 the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Section of the National Court Register registered LC Corp Invest Sp. z o.o., a company with its seat in Wrocław, which had been formed through transformation of LC Corp Invest III Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., a company with its seat in Wrocław (and a subisidiary of the Issuer). LC Corp Invest Sp. z o.o. of Wrocław has its registration entry under the KRS No. 0000390422.
