Setting First and Last Quotation Day for DEVELIA S.A. Bearer Bonds in Alternative Trading System on Catalyst Market and Changing Abbreviated Names of Bonds Following Change of Issuer’s Business Name

In relation to Current Reports Nos. 22/2019 of 22 May 2019, 31/2019 of 20 August 2019 and 35/2019 of 17 September 2019, the Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that today they have learned of the Resolution No. 1000/2019 being adopted by the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange) on 23 September 2019 and of the Resolution No. 215/19 being passed by the Management Board of Bond Spot S.A. on 23 September 2019 on setting the 25th of September 2019 as the date for the first quotation of 60,000 (sixty thousand) LCC220523OZ3 series bearer bonds with par value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand Polish Zlotys) in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market. The said bonds have been assigned a code: PLLCCRP00165 by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) and will be quoted in the continuous trading system under an abbreviated name DVL0523. The last date of quotation for the bonds in question has been scheduled for 10 May 2023, with a trading unit being decided as 1 unit and an obligatory unit as 100 units.
 

Furthermore, the Issuer’s Management Board inform that due to the change of the Issuer’s business name from LC Corp S.A. to DEVELIA S.A., and pursuant to an announcement made by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. on 20 September 2019 and the Resolution No. 212/19 carried by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. on 20 September 2019 on changing the designations of bearer bonds of DEVELIA S.A., listed in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market, the Issuer’s bonds will be quoted as of 24 September 2019 under the following abbreviated names:

1. The LCC006100521 and LCC007100521 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00082 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC0521 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL0521;
2. The LCC008061021 and LCC009061021 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00108 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC1021 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL1021;
3. The LCC010050622 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00124 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC0622 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL0622;
4. The LCC011280222 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00132 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC0222 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL0222;
5. The LCC191020OZ1 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00140 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC1020 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL1020;
6. The LCC191022OZ2 series bearer bonds, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00157 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC1022 – will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL1022;
and according to the aforesaid Resolution, adopted by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A.:
7. The LCC005200320 series bearer bonds listed in the alternative trading system arranged by BondSpot S.A. as part of the Catalyst market, previously designated by the ISIN PLLCCRP00074 code and quoted under an abbreviated name LCC0320, will now be quoted under a new abbreviated name DVL0320.
